The rules
Entries must reach us by 30th September 2011 and the winner will be chosen by a panel of judges. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to allow their image to be published on the competition website, in the Essex Chronicle and other suitable promotion vehicles during the competition and Chelmsford Arts Trail 2011.
Winners will be notified by telephone. No cash alternatives. The judges' decision is final. Entry is not available to employees and family of any organisation sponsoring this competition.
